2. Terms of Service

By using our website or booking a wellness service at our premises, you agree to comply with the operational terms outlined below.

Spa Operating Hours

Wellness Waves Spa operates 24/7. Appointments can be scheduled in advance, and walk-ins are processed based on real-time private room availability.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices for sessions are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Rates are subject to change, but confirmed appointments will always be honored at the agreed price at the time of booking. Payment must be made prior to or immediately following the therapy session via authorized payment methods (M-Pesa or Cash).

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

We aim to maintain a punctual schedule for all our guests. We appreciate your cooperation with the following timing guidelines:

• Arrival Time: Guests are requested to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.
• Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time so as not to delay the next guest. The full price of the scheduled treatment will apply.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify our reception team at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone call.

4. Health & Safety Guidelines

Your physical safety and wellbeing are paramount during every session.

Medical Conditions & Allergies

Guests must notify the spa reception or therapist prior to the session if they have high blood pressure, heart conditions, physical injuries, recent surgeries, skin allergies, or if they are pregnant. Therapies will be adapted accordingly to ensure safety.

Hygiene Standards

All private rooms, linens, and shower facilities undergo strict sanitization between every client visit to ensure maximum hygiene and safety.

5. Professional Conduct & Zero Tolerance

Wellness Waves Spa is a legitimate, high-standard professional wellness center dedicated strictly to physical therapy, relaxation, and muscle recovery.

• All services provided by our certified therapists are strictly professional and therapeutic.
• Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or solicitations of a non-professional nature will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and the individual will be barred from future visits.
